Cartha was the last capital city of the Kingdoms of The Coro before the Unification, and the capital of the East Kingdom.
Being a hub city, Cartha is filled with exotic cultures. There is high racial tolerance through out the city, so there is a different culture in every part of town. In the center, perched above a tall hill, is a towering spire, Yuinthen, named after the sixth tree Yooyt made, as described in the Book of Tomorrow. This functions as the Parliament and Royal Palace. Other buildings descend in height and importance from there, until it sprawls out over the plains below. It's primary natural defenses are the canals around the city, the strong walls, and the separated tiers. It is landlocked, with a man-made canal to the nearest river.
