Degaul is a Dunmei Mythic Dawn Agent, who revived the movement as a new opportunity formed in 4E 5. He serves as the main antagonist of The Hero's Precipice.
Background[]
Degaul was a Mythic Dawn agent of limited importance. Some reckon that he had little to no influence in the organization and is using the connection with Washington DC to better his reputation.
He seemingly discovered the connection, between Tamriel and DC, made possible through the Shrine in the Dunwich Building. The Shrine seemed to resonate with magical energy, allowing a connection to form.
It was here that he met Elaine, a female Supermutant, who lead a small tribe of Supermutants. She was able to convince them to follow Mehrunes Dagon, finding Kinship in the God of Destruction.
With a force to be reckoned with behind him, Degaul returned to Tamriel, with a plan that will make Dagon proud but more importantly powerful. He would bring the technology from the world that destroyed itself, into Tamriel and hopefully intergrate it among the people there.
He and his people targetted Kvatch for a few days, despite them having great numbers and weapons, Kvatch was protected by the Hero of Kvatch. A powerful hero, who served as the City's Count.
The two groups have since been at a stalemate...
