Nelganis Nelthar is a high-ranking member of the Nelthars, and the heir to the Organization's leader position.
Biography[]
Nelganis was born to Naerion Nelthar in the 4th Era, year 218. Throughout the first years of his life he was trained by the three siqsa.
Plight of the Reachmen[]
Nelganis' father left his county in order to try to take over Markarth through unknown means. Nelganis, however, sent a member of the Dreadguard- 1 out of the 9 greatest warriors the Nelthar Organization has- to keep an eye on Naerion. However, he was noticed, and Naerion having higher autohrity than Nelganis, sent him back. It didn't take long before Naerion sent word to Nelganis and the rest of his followers to meet him at Broken tower redoubt.
Appearance and Personality[]
Nelganis has black spiky hair and red flaring eyes. Nelganis is twisted due to being confined until he was 5 years old. Like his father and grandfather before him, he wishes to create an Empire encompassing not only Tamriel, but also Yokuda, Atmora, Akaviri, Pyandonea, Thras, Aldmeris, and whatever other is left of Nirn, he aims to use the Nelthar Organization for this purpose.
Combat and Skills[]
Nelganis is a powerful mage in Alteration and Destruction, particularily Thunderbolt. However, he focuses the most on mysticism and has extensive training in martial arts. Nelganis also has a peculiar power allowing him to control the electricity coursing through his and other people's bodies. He may also utilize this power to travel quickly and is extremely useful in spaces with lots of metal.
Nelganis' electric abilities are a form of magic, utilizing both Destruction and Alteration. It started out as a project for Naritin Nelthar. However, he abandoned it because his body would not accept the ability as he was too old.

- Nelganis Nelthar is named after Nelganis Kanir, who was one of Nelthro Kanir's 14 children and the only one to be disowned by him, particularily because of his evil and twisted nature.
